Durak+

Terms of use

Updated November 5, 2026

These terms are an agreement between you and Yevhen Karashevych, sole proprietor (Ukraine), the developer and publisher of Durak+ (“we”). By playing, you accept them and the Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the game. These terms and the Privacy Policy are written in Ukrainian and translated into English. If the versions differ, the Ukrainian version prevails.

Who can play

You must be at least 18 years old and allowed to accept these terms where you live. One person may hold one account.

Your account

The game creates an account on first launch. If the device is signed in to Game Center (iPhone) or Google Play Games (Android), the game signs in with it and links it to the account; you can also link Apple (on iPhone) or Google. This lets you open the account on another device. A guest account without a linked sign-in can be lost for good if you delete the app or change devices. You are responsible for what happens in your account. Do not sell, share or transfer it. Your username must not be offensive, misleading or imitate us or other people; we may change such a username.

Coins, crystals and items

Coins, crystals and items are a limited, personal, non-transferable licence to use content in the game. You can earn them in the game, buy them or get them with a gift code. They have no monetary value, cannot be withdrawn, exchanged for money or real goods, or transferred to other players. Crystals can be exchanged for coins, not back. We may change prices, rewards, discounts and items, and we may correct balances and items that appeared through an error, bug, cheating or a refund.

Stakes are not gambling

Games are played for virtual coins only. You cannot win money or anything of real value. Playing well does not lead to success in real-money gambling.

Rating (ELO)

Every player has one ELO rating for all game modes. It starts at 1200 and never drops below 100. After every finished game it changes for each person at the table:

  • The durak loses to every other player. The others beat the durak and, with a five times smaller weight, the players who got rid of their cards after them.
  • Beating a stronger player gives more, beating a weaker one gives less; a durak loses less to stronger players.
  • Only the durak loses rating, always at least 1. Everyone else gains or stays the same.
  • In your first 20 games the changes are larger. The more players at the table, the less each of them gains.
  • Leaving a game, or being away from it for more than 60 seconds in total during the game, counts as losing it as the durak.
  • If the last place is shared, there is no durak and nobody loses rating.
  • Games with computer players are rated too: a computer player counts as the average rating of the people at the table, and when they take half of the seats or more, the changes are halved.

The change is K / (n − 1) × Σ w × (S − E) over every other player at the table, rounded to a whole number. n is the number of players; K is 60 in your first 20 games and 36 after; w is 1 for a pair with the durak and 0.2 for two other players; S is 1 if you got rid of your cards earlier, 0 if later, 0.5 for the same place; E = 1 / (1 + 10^((opponent’s rating − your rating) / 400)) is your expected score.

Coins and stakes do not affect rating, and rating has no monetary value. We may change the formula and its numbers, and correct ratings gained through errors or violations.

Computer players

Games may include computer-controlled players (bots) in any mode, including quick match. We may add them at any time and are not obliged to tell you which players at a table are computer players. They follow the same rules as everyone else and see only what a player in their seat sees.

Quick match and rooms

Quick match finds opponents with a similar rating. It may seat you at a table in an open room or move you to another table that is waiting for players. The stake you choose is the most you pay: the table’s stake may be lower, never higher. If you do not choose a stake, the game takes the highest one available that is no more than 10% of your balance (at least 50 coins). Other players may watch games in rooms without seeing the players’ cards. A room’s host may remove a player before the game starts.

Purchases

Crystals and offers are sold through the App Store or Google Play and are subject to their terms. Prices are shown in the store before you pay. Purchased content is delivered to your account right after the payment is confirmed and, to the extent the law allows, purchases are final once delivered. Refunds are handled by Apple or Google under their rules; if a purchase is refunded, we remove the matching crystals and items, and the balance may not go below zero.

Rewarded videos

You can choose to watch videos for rewards. The number per day is limited. A reward is credited only after the ad network confirms the view.

Fair play

Durak+ is fun only when everyone plays honestly. These rules apply to every game, room and profile. Not allowed:

  • Cheating programs, modified apps, bots, scripts or anything that plays for you or reveals hidden cards.
  • Playing together against others at the same table: sharing your cards, signals, agreed moves.
  • Losing on purpose or arranging games to move coins or rating to another account.
  • Using several accounts to collect rewards, boost rating or avoid a ban.
  • Using bugs for profit. If you find one, tell us.
  • Buying, selling or trading accounts, coins, crystals or items for real money or anything else.
  • Offensive, hateful or misleading usernames, and pretending to be staff.
  • Harassing players: flooding reactions, spamming invites or friend requests.

Leaving and timeouts

If you leave a game or are away from it for more than 60 seconds in total during the game (for example, after losing the connection), the game ends for everyone: you lose it as the durak, losing your stake and ELO and getting no XP, and your stake is shared among the others. If you miss your turn, the game plays a move for you; on the third miss you lose the game as the durak. Leaving games often pauses quick match for you: 10 minutes after 3 times in the last 24 hours, 30 minutes after 5.

Reporting players

Tap a player at the table or open their profile and choose Report: cheating, offensive username or other, with an optional comment. False reports are a violation too. A blocked player can no longer send you friend requests, invites or reactions, but you may still end up at the same table by chance in quick match.

What we do about violations

Depending on how serious and frequent the violation is, we may warn you, change your username, remove coins, crystals, items or rating gained unfairly, reset your progress, or suspend your account temporarily or permanently. When an account is suspended, the app shows the reason and the end date. We may limit, suspend or close accounts that break these terms.

Appeals

If you think a decision is wrong, write to [email protected] within 30 days and include your player number from the suspension screen. We will review the case and reply.

Our content

The game, its art, sounds, code and names belong to us or our licensors. You may use them only to play the game. Do not copy, modify, reverse engineer or build tools that interfere with the game.

Availability and changes

We work to keep the game available but cannot promise it will always work without breaks or errors. We may update the game, change or remove features and, with at least 30 days’ notice in the app, stop running it.

Ending the agreement

You can stop playing and delete your account at any time (Profile → Settings → Account → Delete account). We may suspend or close your account if you seriously or repeatedly break these terms; you can appeal through support.

Liability

The game is provided “as is”. To the extent the law allows, we are not responsible for any loss of real money or of virtual currency and items (coins, crystals, items, rating, progress), including losses from stakes and games, purchases and refunds, a lost or deleted account, a lost device or an unlinked guest account, someone else using your account, connection or server problems, errors and changes in the game. We are not liable for indirect losses, and our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the last 12 months. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have as a consumer that cannot be limited by law.

Governing law and disputes

These terms are governed by the law of Ukraine. If you are a consumer living in another country, you keep the protection given by the mandatory rules of the law of your country. If a dispute arises, first write to [email protected]: we will try to settle it amicably. If that fails, the dispute goes to the court determined by law.

Apple

If you got the game from the App Store: these terms are between you and us, not Apple. Apple is not responsible for the game, its support or claims about it, and is a third-party beneficiary of these terms.

Changes and contact

We may update these terms. We will tell you about material changes before they take effect, in the app or on this site; continuing to play after that means you accept them. Questions: [email protected].
